Ihre Aufgaben

  • Act as the primary point of contact for France – speaking customers, ensuring high-quality support and service.
  • Support vacation replacement.
  • Address customer enquiries related to products, installation, cleaning, and maintenance, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the Sales Representatives in qualifying leads and setting appointments.
  • Promote new product ranges and ensure customers are informed of updates and promotions.
  • Independently manage and nurture relationships with smaller customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage deliveries and resolve logistical issues.
  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and Sales Representatives.
  • Handle complaints related to deliveries, ensuring swift resolution in partnership with Technical Services.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring customer interactions and data are up-to-date.
  • Assist with CRM-related tasks for the Sales team, such as lead processing and customer documentation.
  • Suggest and implement system improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Ihr Profil

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and sales support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
  • A proactive and motivated mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when required.
