- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and market impact.
- Provide effective cross-functional project management and coordination to galvanise people behind the project and drive through execution.
- As a project business expert, you will understand the competition, the trends and the factors influencing the European market, and use this to adapt our marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Use customer insights to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing activities and continually look for ways to improve results.
- Plan and execute targeted decision maker campaigns (brand, product, promotions), both online and off-line.
- Manage content and activity across all online/ offline channels, including SM (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest). Manage digital content across all websites and email communications.
- Monitor the success of brand communications activities and provide ongoing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the development, stock and delivery of printed marketing collateral and other POS tools.
- Manage brand presence at European B2B events, exhibitions and in the showroom.
- Management of the allocated marketing budget, ensuring spend stays on-budget and is accurately recorded.
- Own the strategic product marketing process (from analytical to launch), shaping unique selling points that meet customer expectations in cooperation with Product Management.
- Own the planning and execution of launch campaigns for designated new products
- Align with commercial sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and drive results.
- Develop engaging product packaging concepts
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer engagements.
- Travel within the EU to visit customers and support the field sales teams at Key Accounts
- Regularly report on brand performance and key marketing metrics
- Work with Finance to ensure all paperwork (invoices and POs) are raised in accordance with company processes and timelines.
