Ihre Aufgaben
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and market impact.
  • Provide effective cross-functional project management and coordination to galvanise people behind the project and drive through execution.
  • As a project business expert, you will understand the competition, the trends and the factors influencing the European market, and use this to adapt our marketing activities. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation. 
  • Use customer insights to refine product positioning and marketing strategies. 
  • Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing activities and continually look for ways to improve results.
  • Plan and execute targeted decision maker campaigns (brand, product, promotions), both online and off-line.
  • Manage content and activity across all online/ offline channels, including SM (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest). Manage digital content across all websites and email communications. 
  • Monitor the success of brand communications activities and provide ongoing recommendations for improvement. 
  • Manage the development, stock and delivery of printed marketing collateral and other POS tools. 
  • Manage brand presence at European B2B events, exhibitions and in the showroom. 
  • Management of the allocated marketing budget, ensuring spend stays on-budget and is accurately recorded.
  • Own the strategic product marketing process (from analytical to launch), shaping unique selling points that meet customer expectations in cooperation with Product Management. 
  • Own the planning and execution of launch campaigns for designated new products 
  • Align with commercial sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and drive results. 
  • Develop engaging product packaging concepts
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer engagements. 
  • Travel within the EU to visit customers and support the field sales teams at Key Accounts 
  • Regularly report on brand performance and key marketing metrics 
  • Work with Finance to ensure all paperwork (invoices and POs) are raised in accordance with company processes and timelines.
Ihr Profil
  • Fluent German, able to converse in English – both written and verbal. Another language is of advantage (e.g. NL, FR, ES, PL, …) 
  • Energetic, engaging and positive attitude. Wants to act and have accountability for the results. Not afraid to challenge the status-quo.  
  • Passionate for creating a distinct interior decoration premium commercial brand and able to gather people behind the brand vision. 
  • Strong team player, approachable and supportive. 
  • Willing to travel regularly as required to attend exhibitions and team meetings within Europe.  
  • Able to plan and deliver strategic initiatives. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brand management [commercial, design-led]. 
  • Completed commercial studies at a university of applied sciences or university (bachelor; business administration, economics) with a focus on marketing/ design/ architecture; or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing, focused on project business. 
  • Strong knowledge of traditional media as well as digital media fluency. 
  • Marketing based analytical skills (financial, rate of sale, return on investment analysis). 
  • Proven ability in producing business cases and ROI-based decision-making. 
  • Experienced in working with and managing third-party agencies (advertising, graphic design, etc.). 
  • Experienced in the organising of events/exhibitions.
